Walk, learn and taste
Our tour takes place at Finca Casa Blanca, only 10 minutes from Puente Nacional and one hour from Villa de Leyva. Guests walk through coffee trees, learn handpicking, fermentation, and solar drying — the same artisanal methods used for high-end specialty coffee.
We show every transformation stage — from cherry to green bean — with real tools and processes used in Colombian farms. The visit ends with a guided tasting session comparing washed, natural, and anaerobic coffees produced on site.
More than a tour, it’s a cultural journey to understand why Santander is considered the origin of Colombian coffee. Every visitor receives a small bag of our roasted beans to take home — a true taste of Colombia.
